At Longevia, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, rates, and other relevant information to ensure full transparency regarding your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from our fulfillment center. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods such as holidays, product launches, or promotional events.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:

United States: 5 to 10 business days

Canada: 7 to 15 business days

United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 20 business days

Other International Destinations: 10 to 30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We utilize a variety of trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services where applicable.

All orders include tracking information from dispatch through delivery.

Currently, we offer standard shipping only.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during checkout prior to payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Products listed as pre-order may require additional processing and delivery time.

Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. This timeframe includes production, processing, and shipping.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipments may be sent separately to avoid unnecessary delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Customers may monitor their shipment status using the tracking number provided.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by Longevia.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding potential fees before placing your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to:

• APO/FPO military addresses
• Certain countries restricted by shipping carriers
• Locations where shipping services are unavailable

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or experiences a significant shipping delay, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
